What’s the key to buying your first home?
Learning mortgage basics before you start house hunting can save you a lot of money.

UCalgary alumnus Nolan Matthias, BA’06, and his wife, Jen, owners of Mortgage360, will guide this free seminar and help you save on your mortgage by teaching you about:
• interest rates
• different types of lenders
• short-term versus long-term rates
• variable versus fixed rates

“Our clients typically see a savings of $50,000-$90,000 over their mortgage’s lifetime by making a few educated decisions,” says Nolan.

Seminar participants will receive a free copy of Nolan’s latest book, The Mortgaged Millionaire.
