Inclusivity in the Workplace: Making the Business Case for Hiring Neurodiverse Applicants
Neurodiversity, or differences in neurological characteristics, represents variations in how the brain functions. Historically, that has been seen as a barrier to employment. However, new research shows major barriers to employing these people include the attitudes and hiring practices of the companies that they apply to.

We're all recognizing that there are business benefits to a diverse workforce. It turns out those benefits also accrue when companies make use of the unique talents and abilities of the neurodiverse.

Please join a panel of experts as The School of Public Policy provides a primer on neurodiversity and the business case that can be made for adjusting hiring and employment practices to take advantage of a new range of skills and abilities.
