Giving to the U of C

Annual Giving

Our donors help support students, faculties and departments by giving to a wide range of university projects and initiatives. This support from our community allows us to offer students scholarships, build new facilities, upgrade equipment and software, and also to fund our highest priority, the areas of greatest need.

The University of Calgary’s Annual Giving program builds philanthropic awareness and support for these projects by securing yearly gifts from alumni, faculty, staff and other members of our community.

An important element of the Annual Giving program is the University of Calgary Superfund, which combines the gifts we receive and uses them to fund our most urgent projects. The Superfund has three key areas of focus: empowering students, empowering change, and empowering success.

Be a superhero! Whether you choose to give to the Superfund or to another area at the university, your gift will help us reach our appeal goal of $800,000 for this year. Each gift is meaningful and every gift helps.
